Warranty Coverage

All products carry either a 90, 120, or 180-day warranty (see product page for details). This covers dead-on-arrival and defective TV parts.

If the item you purchased fails within the warranty period, please report your claim via email at Please provide your order number and claim. We will get back to you promptly with an RMA and how to proceed with your return.

As a security measure, all items are marked with our unique identifier and will be verified upon receipt. If the identifier is found to be missing your claim will be denied.

Upon accepting your return we will send you a replacement part. If no replacement is available at the time, we will issue a full refund.

New / Unused Items
All new/unused items can be returned at the purchaser’s expense for a refund less the initial cost of shipping of the item(s). You must contact us first via email at to obtain an RMA before sending your item(s) back. Returns received without a valid RMA will not be processed. RMAs may be obtained within 30 days of the order date. We must receive your item(s) within 15 days of issuing your RMA. Restocking fees apply as specified below:

20% Restocking Fee ($50 max):

A 20% restocking fee will be imposed with a maximum of $50 per part.

Guidelines For Returns

·         Ensure your part(s) is sent back in its original box and includes all original tags and identifiers

·         Ensure you have obtained an RMA and that it is visible on the outside of the package
